Safe Landing

Hi Family,

Reuben and I arrived back in brisbane this morning. We had a good flight, our cousin Robyn Fletcher was onboard so it was nice to have a familiar face.
It was good to see Adam. Reuben and i gave Adam a call from the pay phone upon arrival and after the conversation had ended (due to lack of funds! lol) Reuben thought it a good idea to keep talk; "love you Daddy", "miss you" in the meantime Adam showed up and the excitement on his face was priceless, it was nice to see.
So we had a lovely time with all the family and is nice to be home. Look forward to catching up with you all.
Love usx

Now that's a Smart Car!

The friday before coming home Aim and I took the kids to Lollipop land (like chipmunks) they had the most fantastic time, Reuben went straight to the cars of course. They had the most awesome of colours all bright and loads of exciting things for them to enjoy. It was a fun day.

So Tired...

Last Wednesday Holly refused to have a day time nap - she had been swimming in the morning, and usually is quite tuckered out and ready for a sleep by about 11am, but not this day! She wasn't going to sleep - no matter what!
I was cooking dinner and went out to the laundry for about a minute, and when I came back - this is what I saw!

Poor little thing couldn't even eat all her chippies!
She woke up about 20 minutes after taking this photo and she had some custard and then started to point to her cot and kept saying "Bed! Bed!"
Ben and I couldn't help but laugh - it was so sweet and so funny!
Poor tired baby!

Fabulous!

Hey Sum, it looks like you and Reuben had a great time in NZ! It must have been very nice to catch up with all your family there! We missed you guys when we came down the other week...But we will see you soon no doubt!

Hip Hip Hooray!

The day after we arrived (finally) in NZ was Paris' 3rd birthday. Paris wore her favorite outfit a fairy princess. They had party bags, balloons, bubbles, face painting (which Reuben didn't want) and play. Reuben enjoying his first happy meal-"aren't i lucky!" and enjoying some time out in the playground.

A Flower for Mum

While in Rotorua we stayed in a holiday home (PSA) and the unit had a vase of artificial flowers that Reuben and Paris played with or should i say fought over! lol

Which Kids?

This photo was taken at Dad's place in Rotorua. There's Dad (Papa) at the back, with of course Reuben (moko), Paris (moko; Amy's daughter 3 years), Steven (Uncle; our brother 4 years) and Ariana (Aunty; our sister 5 years). As you can see there's not much difference physical between Reuben and Steven although they're 2 years apart. You can't see it in the picture but there's a blazing fire to the left of them! lol not to mention Paris who almost towers over her Aunty Ari!

Ready Set!

Papa Richard (Dad) and Reuben at Pelican Park in Rotorua. We had spent three days in Rotorua visiting with Dad, Vanessa and Kids (Tupai; Vanessa's son in Yr 12, Ari and Steven).
